'No Quibble'  7 Day Returns Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund of the value of your goods*.

We believe that in order to have the best possible shopping experience, our customers should have the right to return goods whatever the reason. So if you're not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, just call our customer service team and we'll arrange the collection for you.


With our 7 Day Returns Policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the furniture is in the same condition.


    * You can return your purchase for up to 7 Days from the delivery date


    * Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.


    * Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff we will process your refund to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

    *If you have had a product delivered then the refund excludes the original delivery charge.
