Sleigh Beds - Summer Survival

As temperatures rise you may be finding it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Here is a guide to a sound sleep in your sleigh beds this summer.

Simply leaving your bedroom window open day and night is not enough. Your bedroom will be heated up all day in the sun if you do not close your blinds or curtains. Once you get home on an evening ensure your windows are open and invest in a bedroom fan to cool the air that flows through your bedroom. There are plenty of things you can do yourself to cool down before bedtime arrives. Take a cool shower before you get in to your sleigh beds and take a glass of cold water to leave on your bedside.

A good bed can enhance your sleep and should not be underestimated. Invest in sleigh beds and a high quality mattress to ensure you get the support you need as you sleep.
